Deepak Gala

CEO

Deepak, CEO and co-founder of Logixal, is responsible for organization strategy and relationships in the area of eCommerce and Banking. He brings an experience of over 18 years in architecting solutions, building teams and delivering mission critical systems for leading clients in Banking and eCommerce. Prior to this, Deepak worked for Oracle Financial Services Software for over 7 years where he led solutioning and implementation efforts for key internet banking accounts, and also led the product release efforts. Before joining Oracle, Deepak has worked in Wells Fargo bank and TCS. Deepak's ability to conceptualize and visualize along with a good understanding of the finance has led to efficient management and increased profitability for the organization. Deepak holds a bachelor's degree from university of Mumbai.

Abbas Bhinderwala

President

Abbas brings over 16 years of experience building enterprise and eCommerce technology solutions for a wide range of companies across multiple industries. As President of Logixal, Abbas has managed high profile clients, mission critical delivery, and large volume architecture for transactional systems covering the entire eCommerce ecosystem. Prior to co-founding Logixal, Abbas was Senior Manager at Accenture where he led 100+ member teams providing solutions in Financial Services and Telecom. Earlier in his career, Abbas worked at Imagitas, a marketing solutions company, where he played a key role in building a movers portal in partnership with the USPS. Abbas holds a bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Mumbai University.

Abhijit Mehta

VP – India Delivery

Abhijit has over 15 years of industry experience with organizations like Accenture, Imagitas Inc and TCS. He has successfully implemented projects in various industry domains like finance, government, insurance and retail commerce. His experience in handling project as well as people management responsibilities during his various roles, is well suited to fuel the growth of the organization. He has an Electronics Engineering degree from Mumbai University.

Vinay Rane

VP – Global Operations

Vinay has more than 16 years of IT experience in different domains like Banking, Utility, Automobiles, and eCommerce. He has been an effective bridge between business and IT in delivering efficient technology solutions. Vinay has a bachelor's degree in Electronics from Mumbai University and has spent more than 10 years at USA. His people management skills, process oriented approach, technology background and deep experience in program management has been a very good addition in our organization.

Amol Potphode

VP - Technology

Amol brings deep consulting and technology experience to Logixal. He has successfully delivered many large complex projects and has Insurance, Telecommunication, Mortgage and Retail domain experience. Prior to joining Logixal, Amol held Development Manager, Architect and various information technology roles during his 15-year tenure with IBM, PricewaterhouseCoopers and Tata Consultancy Services. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering from Mumbai University.

Gaurav Deshpande

AVP - Banking

Gaurav has over 13 years of industry experience with organizations like Oracle Financial Services Software Ltd. Having delivered and implemented internet and mobile banking solutions across retail and corporate customer segments, he brings in a rich experience in the banking domain. During his long stint with Oracle Financial Services Software Ltd, he has handled various positions like Solution Architect and Delivery Manager for clients across Eastern Europe, Russia and CIS. His experience in project execution as well as people and customer management responsibilities during his various roles is well suited to fuel the growth of the organization. He has a Mechanical Engineering degree from Pune University.

Uttam Gadkary, a senior London based professional manages Logixal's business in EMEA.

In a career that spans over three decades, Uttam has shaped sales strategy, developed capabilities and built up teams in all the major markets.He has been part of building extremely successful organisations including Wipro, Citicorp Software, i-flex solutions and Oracle Financial Services Software critically during their early entrepreneurial phases. Most recently he was COO for Oracle Financial Services Software's European Subsidiary and VP of Global Sales Operations and Business Development.

Uttam's client driven perspective and global experience are core elements of his approach to managing both Software Product and Software Service businesses. Building on his strong insights into the market place., he continues to be a stakeholder in the evolving onsite-offshore delivery model and understands how client organisations perceive risk and demand value. He is enthused by the potential for further innovation in business practices as well as in harnessing disruptive technologies to upgrade client business models.

Saleh Poonawala

Senior Manager

Saleh has over 16 years of IT experience in different domains like e-Commerce, Banking, Risk Management and Warehouse Systems Management. He has handled and successfully implemented multiple projects involving multiple technologies and has worked with customers across the globe. He brings with him rich people and process management skills. Prior to joining Logixal, he was working for Tata Consultancy Services Ltd. and Pragati Software Pvt. Ltd. Saleh has a bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering from Mumbai University.
